Oiva Toikka (1931年生) 是芬蘭玻璃設計界的偉人。他極具想像力，用色豐富且大膽的玻璃藝品與北歐主流設計完全不同。
Toikka的個人風格也充分流露在他所創作的產品上，除了玻璃作品，他的藝術才華也表現在舞台設計、時裝設計及室內設計上。Toikka在國際間的聲譽可謂堅若磐石，曾榮獲的大獎包括Kaj Franck設計獎及尤金王子 (Prince Eugen) 獎章。1993年榮獲芬蘭政府頒授的榮譽教授頭銜。
Toikka為Iittala設計的 ” Birds by Toikka玻璃鳥工藝系列” 將他的無限想像力與對玻璃特性的嫻熟結合在一起。這些獨特且繽紛的玻璃鳥全出自手工玻璃吹製，也成為全球收藏家爭相收藏的品項。
