Why did the products sell out so quickly?

The capsule collection sold out very quickly due to high demand. More products will arrive this summer, and we will share more detailed availability information as soon as the exact date is confirmed.


Will the products be restocked in the future?

The collection is available for a limited time during the Pokémon anniversary year 2026 and as long as stock lasts. Due to high popularity, the first batch sold out faster than anticipated. More products will arrive this summer.


When will the next restock happen?

We are expecting a new batch this summer. Soon, you’ll be able to sign up for the “Notify me” option on the product page to be alerted when items are restocked.

Can you let me know which stores still have availability?

Unfortunately, we do not have access to real-time store availability. Our stores will be happy to assist you directly with this. You can find their contact details here.


Is the stock information on the website accurate?

Yes, the product page always reflects the most current stock status. Availability can change quickly due to high demand.

Why are the products only available in Japan and Finland?

These markets are defined as part of the collaboration between Pokémon and Iittala. We truly appreciate the strong interest from other markets and will take this feedback forward.


Will the products be available in other markets later?

Currently, the products are available in Finland and Japan. We continuously evaluate opportunities to expand to other markets.


Collection Details

How long will the collection be available?

The Iittala x Pokémon collection is a limited edition created to celebrate the 30th anniversary of Pokémon. The items will be available for a limited time during the anniversary and while stocks last.


Is the collection a special edition?

Yes, the Iittala x Pokémon collection is a limited edition created to celebrate Pokémon’s 30th anniversary.


Is the collection a numbered edition?

No.


Is the collection a closed series?

No.


Will there be more characters or products?

This collaboration focuses on a limited collection featuring Pikachu. However, we are actively listening to customer feedback and will pass on wishes for expanding the collection in the future.


Why did you choose the Origo collection?

Origo was chosen because it represents 1990s design, just like Pokémon. This shared origin creates a natural and nostalgic connection between the two brands.


Why aren’t there more characters featured on the products?

The design approach aimed to combine Iittala’s timeless aesthetic with the visual world of Pokémon in a subtle way. The focus was placed on a recognizable color palette and one iconic character, Pikachu, while maintaining a clean and minimalist design.


Where are the products manufactured?

The products are manufactured in Thailand.


Orders & Purchasing

Will pre-orders be available?

We do not offer pre-orders. However, you can activate the “Notify me” feature in our online store to receive an alert as soon as more products become available. You can also sign up for Myiittala to be notified first.


Can I reserve items or place a pre-order?

We do not offer reservations or pre-orders. Items are available on a first-come, first-served basis.


Is there a purchase limit?

Yes, there is a limit of 6 items per customer to ensure fair access for everyone.


Why can I see “Add to basket” but can’t add the product?

If you’re unable to add an item to your basket, it may already be out of stock. The product page always shows the most up-to-date availability.


Orders & Delivery

How do I know my purchase was successful?

Once your order has gone through, you’ll receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that your purchase was completed successfully.


Why haven’t I received a shipping confirmation yet?

Due to a bank holiday in Finland and the weekend, shipping confirmations will begin to be sent starting Monday, May 4th. We appreciate your patience.


Why was my order cancelled?

In rare cases, orders may be cancelled due to stock availability issues or payment verification. If this happens, you will be notified and refunded accordingly.


Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Unfortunately, once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled due to the high volume of orders during the launch. Standard return policies apply to all online orders.
