Combined with patterns inspired by the rugged beauty of Arctic nature, its clear shapes make the bowl perfect for serving.  The new colour, pine green, highlights the Tundra patterns. The pine green colour is inspired by nature but is equally suitable for urban environments. The bowl is ideal for both dining and storage. Thanks to its versatility, it is the perfect choice for everyone who appreciates quality and design. The bowls are made at the Iittala glass factory in Finland.

Iittala's designer Oiva Toikka

Oiva Toikka

Oiva Toikka (1931-2019) is one of the great personas of Finnish glass design. His imaginative, rich and bold glass art is a departure from mainstream Nordic design. Toikka’s individual style is also evident in the utility objects he creates as they often deviate from the traditional clean-lined puritanism of Finnish design aesthetics. In addition to glass, his artistic activities cover staging, fashion design and plastic interior design elements.

Toikka has designed a range of home products for Iittala with his Annual Cube, Birds by Toikka, Frutta, Flora, Kastehelmi, Oiva Toikka Collection and Tundra Collections.
