The Flora dishes are available in both light green and lemon yellow and bring the refreshing energy of awakening nature to table settings. The soft green hue gives the low Flora bowl a light and joyous appearance. The bowl works perfectly as a dish for breakfast and snacks, as well as sides, desserts, and nibbles. You can find individual characteristics in each dish's floral patterns, as the dishes are mouth-blown by the skilled artisans of the Iittala glass factory in Finland.

Iittala's designer Oiva Toikka

Oiva Toikka

Oiva Toikka (1931-2019) is one of the great personas of Finnish glass design. His imaginative, rich and bold glass art is a departure from mainstream Nordic design. Toikka’s individual style is also evident in the utility objects he creates as they often deviate from the traditional clean-lined puritanism of Finnish design aesthetics. In addition to glass, his artistic activities cover staging, fashion design and plastic interior design elements.

Toikka has designed a range of home products for Iittala with his Annual Cube, Birds by Toikka, Frutta, Flora, Kastehelmi, Oiva Toikka Collection and Tundra Collections.
